Is Scent Swirl a B2B service only?

Yes. Scent Swirl is a business-to-business scent subscription service designed for commercial environments — clinics, offices, hotels, retail, restaurants, spas, gyms and other client-facing business spaces. We do not offer residential plans.

What fragrances are available?

Scent Swirl fragrances are sourced from DROM — the German fine fragrance house responsible for creating fragrances for Chanel and Bulgari — alongside a curated library collection. All fragrances are formulated to RIFM standards as implemented by IFRA.

How does the 12-month subscription work?

Subscriptions run for 12 months. We apply this with genuine flexibility — if your business circumstances change significantly, contact us and we will discuss your situation directly.

Do I own the diffuser?

No. The diffuser is loaned to your business for the duration of the subscription. If the unit develops a fault, we replace it one-for-one at no charge. At the end of the subscription the unit is returned.
