No minimum. We work with two-location operators and large networks alike. Consolidated invoicing is available for three or more locations.

Can all locations run the same fragrance?

Yes. Identical DROM fragrance formulations can be supplied to every location — maintaining consistent brand scent across your entire footprint. Per-location customisation is also available.

How is billing handled for multi-location operators?

A single consolidated monthly invoice covers all locations. Currency by market — SGD, MYR, AUD, GBP or USD depending on where each outlet is located.

What if some locations don’t have air-conditioning duct access?

The Enterprise HVAC-integrated plan requires duct access. For locations without it, the Commercial column unit ($250/month, up to 2,000 sq ft) or Professional wall-mounted unit ($150/month, up to 500 sq ft) deliver professional-grade scenting without any duct requirement.
