Wellness Scent Marketing in Singapore: Elyx
Elyx is a concierge longevity and healthspan service at Raffles Hotel Arcade, working alongside its partner clinic Elyx Medical. Scent Swirl scents the space as part of a member experience designed to feel calm, premium and personal.
The Client
Elyx describes itself as Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. Members get a physician-guided programme covering diagnostics, nutrition, sleep, movement and mind, coordinated by a dedicated team of experts, with Elyx Medical providing clinical diagnostics next door.
What a Wellness Space Calls For
A longevity service sits between a clinic and a private members’ lounge. Members come for diagnostics and consultations, but they expect the experience to feel nothing like a hospital. Ambient fragrance helps make that distinction: it softens the clinical edge of the space and makes reception and consultation areas feel welcoming, private and calm.
